Why this exists

Out of every 10,000 high school freshmen, only about 28 will become doctors. Of those, just 5% grew up in the lowest income quintile.

Talent is everywhere. The information and access to act on it are not. We're here for the students who don't have a doctor in the family, a counselor with spare time, or a network of mentors. Not yet, anyway.
